Parameters

data  String
The character data to encode.
startIndex  Int32
The starting index of the character data.
count  Int32
The number of characters in the data.

String
The encoded character data.
Exceptions

ArgumentNullExceptiondata is null.
ArgumentOutOfRangeException

startIndex and count do not specify a valid range in the data.

Remarks
Encodes HTML character data.
