Parse the specified input buffer into a new instance of the ContentType class.

Parameters

buffer  Byte
The input buffer.
startIndex  Int32
The start index of the buffer.
length  Int32
The length of the buffer.

ContentType
The parsed ContentType.
Exceptions
ExceptionCondition
ArgumentNullExceptionbuffer is null.
ArgumentOutOfRangeExceptionstartIndex and length do not specify a valid range in the byte array.
ParseException The buffer could not be parsed.
Remarks
Parses a Content-Type value from the supplied buffer starting at the given index and spanning across the specified number of bytes.
